Purchase Orders

All orders must be submitted in writing, either through email or fax. Verbal or hand written communications will not be accepted. Please contact to confirm receipt of Purchase Orders.

All information must be completed before production time can start. Production timedoes not begin until paper proof is approved and payment received.

Absfounder will hold a Purchase Order for up to two weeks for any delays in processing. After two weeks, the unprocessed PO becomes inactive. Customer must issue a new/ revised PO to activate the previous delayed order. Absfounder will not honor the same cost and deliver time as agreed on the original Purchase Order.

Change Orders

Changes to an order must be submitted within 48 hours of the original PO date. Changes must be confirmed with your account representative before being submitted. All changes must be submitted in writing. Rush order or 5 days deliver order can’tbe cancel after Order Acknowledgment been confirm. Please contact to verify that changes have been made. Additional cost may apply if change make after production have been started.

Order Acknowledgment

Every order placed with Absfounder will receive an Order Acknowledgment and virtual proof. Order Acknowledgment is summary of agreed upon cost for entire order.The virtual proof is virtual sample of your select production with artwork’s placement, size, color, etc. Production time will notbegin till both Order Acknowledgment and virtual proof have been approved. Placement of purchase order confirms agreement to Absfounder’s terms and conditions.

Artwork and Proofing

Absfounder require a vector art file to reproduce the artwork correctly in all case. In some case, such as full color process, custom shape PVC, we can accept a high-resolution .jpg image for your order.

A virtual proof is digital representation of the finished product and not exact. It confirms the logo position, location, and PMS color. The emailed artwork proof is not for color matching, as the actual print will vary from screenview. If the customer need to have the product and/or printed packaging to bean exact shade, or to match another item and/or color. Absfounder advised that the customer order a preproduction sample and submit a PMS color if applicable.

Production time begins the day after the virtual proof approval and all other requested documentation is received. If changes need to be made, annotate these on the form, and send it back to us. A second virtual proof will be sent once the artwork has been changed. Please note that changing the order or postponing artwork approval may result in delivery/shipping delays or additional rush/imprinting fees to meet unchangeable deadlines. Please note that delays in approving the artwork may result in delays in the delivery/shipping date.

Shipping Delays

Absfounder always do the best to make your order to shipped for delivery either on-time orearly to your in-hands date. Our are using  UPS or FedEx to handle our shipment, shipping from our location to you or your customer. Once your order have been hand to carriers, we no longer have direct control over the delivery. Absfounder is not liable for any delays in the delivery date due to natural disasters or other unforeseeable conditions. Our carriers averages a 99% on-time delivery, however delays can and will happen from time to time.  

Modifications to the shipping instructions within 48 hours prior are not guaranteed. The customer is liable for any delay of the ship date and/or added charges due to the modifications; this includes, but is not limited to special shipping requests, shipping modifications or undeliverable shipments.

Payment Policy

Absfounder accept credit cards, wire / money transfers, and purchase orders from approved companies. Orders will not be placed into production until payment is receivedin full or a valid purchase order is received. Credit card billing and shipping must match or the alternate shipping address must be on file with the credit card company otherwise the order may be delayed. All past-due accounts placed into collection are responsible for all associated fees and 1.5% interest compounded monthly on the balance.

Cancellationsand Alterations to Existing Orders

Once an Order Acknowledgment is approved, we cannot guarantee our ability to makechanges or cancellations to an order. However, Absfounder will make every effortto comply with your cancellation request. If you have already signed your Order Acknowledgment, there will be a minimum charge of $50.00 or 35% of invoice amount to cover order entryand preparation expenses. These charges may include, but are not limited to,setup charges, artwork preparation charges if provided, and restocking fees.All costs incurred by Absfounder will be the responsibility of the customer. All cancellation requests must be made either by fax or e-mail only.

Claims, Adjustments, Refunds and Returns

Upon receipt of shipment it is customer’s responsibility to inspectthe product and check it for accuracy. This includes but is not limited to, theitem, the imprint, and the overall quantity and working nature of the product. If any problem arises, please call customer service immediately. If necessary we will issue an RMA number (Return Material Authorization) and provide you with aspecial shipping address. WE DO NOT ACCEPT UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS. Full refund is not allow after 30 days of the goods been received.

All orders that request for full refund will be require to return all merchandise in original package, we will even pay for ground return shipping, unless the merchandise is missing or been damage not be able to return. We will only refund partial of order (up to 50%)  if customer is keeping the merchandise for any reason. Blank Goods is none-refundable for any reason.

 

Warranty

We offer 6 months warranty on most of our product, 3 months warranty on electronic relately product. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, commercial use, or modification of, or to any part of the Product. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper operation or maintenance, or attempted repair by anyone other than a facility authorized by Absfounder Innovation to service the Product. For any returning good, we reserve the right to fix or replace said items at no cost to the purchaser. In order to receive credit or replacement goods, we must received the faulty product back to our office for inspecition.

Overages and Shortages

Absfounder we only produces the exact quantity of what customer’s order. No overages or shortages unless customer specify.

Site Pricing

While we make best efforts to keep our site up to date, from time to time actual market conditions may change the price of a product. We reserve the right to change published prices of product offered on our site at any time. To secure pricing a valid form of payment and approval of the final invoice must be given, at which time no items may be removed from the order. In the event that an Absfounder product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price,Absfounder reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.

Use of Trademarks

Logos shown on products on our web site appear only to illustrate the products we offer and the variety of ways in which they can be decorated. The use of logos that are trademarks or copy righted work of other companies are never intended to suggest that Absfounder owns the rights to those trademarks, or that Absfounder would make those products featuring the trademarked logos of others availableto any purchaser without the permission of the owners of the trademarked or copyrighted art or copy. By submitting any order, you grant us permission to display and exhibit products containing your trademark or copyrighted material. We do not sell or offer for sale any products with trademarks or copyrighted material without owner prior consent.
